The aforementioned Billy Dee Williams shall be appointed under the following stipulations:

a. The aforementioned must be fully attired in the regalia of General Lando Calrissian, complete with cape.

b. The aforementioned will be referred to throughout the events by the following appropriate names: Lando, General Calrissian, Lando Calrissian, Calrissian, or "You Scoundrel."

c. Throughout the service, the aforementioned will be required at least five times to open a Colt 45, raise it to his lips, and say "Works every time."
