It occurs to me that some of my social situations might need re-branding. The user's experience is less intimate and enveloping than desired, so we'll need to throw together a focus group, and ask a couple important questions about why the current brand isn't working. Let's head into the third quarter strong; there's a lot of market share to grab out there.

Yeah - I need an all-around strategy. My feet have a business card, but the rest of my body has different collateral material. So when people get the head brochure, and then the CD-Rom from my bowels, I think they lose the message.
Yeah, my liver used to have a website, but it wasn't updated for something like a year and a half, and it had these really annoying animated GIFs and people kept getting JavaScript errors when they opened it. It really sucked.

1. Eric
I find that sometimes people don't remember my name and that makes them a bit stand-offish. A good solution I've found is to repeat my name often in the conversation. Refering to myself in the third person is a bit over the top (as in "Eric thinks you're cool" or "Eric needs to pee now"). A better alternative is using expressions like "Or my name isn't Eric Palmer!" at the end of sentences. Having a card with my name on it handy isn't a bad idea either.
